They know how to build workflows, configure fields, and navigate a system — but they've never stood on a warehouse floor trying to figure out why a shipment is wrong, or sat in a procurement meeting trying to explain a three-way match discrepancy to a vendor.

DCM Solutions was built differently. Before founding this practice, the work was in operations and logistics — managing the kinds of processes that ERP systems are supposed to support. That path eventually led into IT and systems leadership, rising to the Director level and taking on full responsibility for technology strategy, vendor management, and cross-functional systems improvement.

That combination — operational instinct plus technical depth — is what makes the difference when a client needs more than a configuration expert. It means we understand why a process matters, not just how to automate it. It means we can sit across from a CFO, a warehouse manager, or a CEO and speak their language without pretending the technology is the point.

DCM Solutions serves manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and product-based businesses across North Carolina and remotely nationwide. Engagements are structured flexibly — fixed-fee projects, hourly advisory, or ongoing retainers — and every engagement is handled directly by the principal consultant.
